1964
Wolfgang Brammertz is born in Münster, Germany. His mother were a
classic singer and his stepfather was a jazz musician who played with
duke Ellington in the 60th. The teenager is interested in art,
photography and guitars. When he got his first guitar lesson at the age
of thirteen, he is in flame for his new profession.
1979 the Keith Richards Fan performs for the first time at the City
Theater in Münster and starts playing in local Blues and rock band.
A few short years later British Blues legend Jon Taylor tours Europe
with Wolfgang on lead guitar.
Happy Valley Records signs Wolfgang Brammertz in 1988 and owner Mick Franke personally produces a rock album, called "Stand Up"
Fascinated by sound engineering and music production, Wolfgang
befriends the producer and label boss and tries to learn as much as
possible from his mentor.

At
the University of Münster the guitarist graduates 1993 with a degree
in Marketing and Management, since selling is part of the business.
In 1990 the professional musician builds the first Fox Music Studios in Münster and registers his label Fox Music Records.
Three
years later Wolfgang Brammertz joins the Soulfamily as guitar player
and producer. Germany's number one soul band of the 90’s will release
three CDs in the next thirteen years.
Wolfgang produces Soundtracks
for the German film industry as well as countless Rock, Pop, Blues and
Soul bands. In 1994 Fox Music Publishing is added to the Fox Family.
1998 Carmen Purperhart and Martin Share co-operate with the
guitarist for the session project Wolfgang Brammertz and the Soulcircus
and two years later Wolfgang produces his first solo album Till The
Break Of Dawn.

The production company Senator Film in Berlin asks
Wolfgang to compose Film Scores and soundtrack songs for Swimming Pool
and The Indoor Fountain.
Over the years the guitar player,
singer, producer and sound engineer is hired for CD and DVD productions
by: America, Joe Cocker, Angela Brown, Larry Carlton, Gregor Hilden,
Curtis Mayfield, Big Jay McNeely, Love Newkirk, Bill Wyman & The Rhythm Kings, Ron Williams....
He was doing Concerts with Alvin Lee, Pamela Falcon, Supremes, Temptations,
The Weather Girls, Jon Tayler, Matt Walsh....
The
Soulfamily releases Wild Nights in 2004 and tours the album for the
next two years.
2005 Wolfgang rocks a little harder on his
second solo album Wonderwall.
